Eight stages. Clear communication throughout.

Quote & job planning

We clarify finished size, page count, color, stock, quantity and timing.

File submission

Final files arrive by email, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Preflight & file review

Prepress checks completeness and flags missing pages, images or other issues.

Proof & approval

New customers typically approve a final proof; established recurring publications may opt out.

Plate making & setup

Cleared files move into CTP plate production and press setup.

Printing & quality control

The approved publication is printed and monitored during production.

Finishing & assembly

Sections are folded, inserted, assembled and bundled; specialty work is coordinated as needed.

Pickup, delivery & mailing

Final logistics are coordinated for pickup, delivery, mailing or freight.
